Instagram publishing

Real Meta OAuth can't complete until this app clears Meta's App Review for instagram_content_publish — until then, paste in a long-lived access token and your IG Business Account ID, both obtained manually via Meta's Graph API Explorer. Neither is ever shown back to you once saved. The card itself is appended below once loaded.
